Great food, familiar faces and a packed dance floor: a milestone birthday at an elegant private event venue in Woodbridge, with beautiful décor, warm lighting and guests dressed to impress.

While the dance floor kept everyone moving, the photo booth quickly became the other favourite spot of the night. First a few friends stopped by, then the parents joined in, and before long whole groups were squeezing into the frame and coming back for another round.

The best shots were the unplanned ones: old friends laughing, three generations in one picture, a group of cousins trying to fit everyone in. With instant prints and digital sharing, guests took those moments home, and the guest of honour got a story of the people who made the night special.

Many halls run several events at once. We coordinate load-in with the hall’s coordinator and place the booth near the bar or dance floor for 300+ guest receptions.

Estates & gardens

Kleinburg and countryside venues are beautiful outdoors. We need a covered, level spot near power and a rain plan agreed in advance.

Golf & country clubs

Patios and terraces make great booth spots in summer. We confirm with the club where power and setup space are available.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Vaughan?

The same as anywhere in the GTA: $399 for our self-service drop-off booth (up to 8 hours), $549 for 2 hours with an attendant and prints, $899 for 4 hours with a glam booth and unlimited prints, and from $1,499 for 6 hours with the AI photo experience. Prices are in CAD before HST.

Are you a local Vaughan company?

Yes. Snap Booth Events is based in Vaughan, so we know the area’s banquet halls, estates and neighbourhoods, and getting to your event is easy for us.

Which parts of Vaughan do you cover?

All of Vaughan: Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord, Thornhill, Vellore Village, Patterson and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, plus Toronto and the rest of the GTA.

Can you set up at a banquet hall in Woodbridge or Concord?

Yes, at banquet halls and event venues across Vaughan, such as Paradise Banquet & Convention Centre, Chateau Le Parc, Hazelton Manor or Universal EventSpace. We coordinate load-in and timing with the hall’s event coordinator, set up 60 to 90 minutes before guests arrive and place the booth where it stays busy, usually near the bar or dance floor.

Our reception runs late. Can we add hours?

Yes. Vaughan receptions often go well past midnight, so many couples add an extra hour ($250) or choose Premium for 6 hours. Book the extra time in advance so we can plan staffing.

When should we book for a communion or confirmation?

Communion and confirmation parties cluster from late April to early June, often on the same weekends, so book 2 to 4 months ahead. You can check your date instantly on this page.

Can we have a photo booth outdoors in Kleinburg or a backyard?

Yes, from late spring to early fall, with a covered, level spot near power and a rain plan. Estates, gardens, patios and backyards all work.

Do you do bar and bat mitzvahs and cultural weddings?

Yes. We plan the booth around your events and guest list, design prints with names and dates in the language you choose, and can book multiple events, such as a mehndi, sangeet and reception, with a different design for each.

Do I need an attendant?

For weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events and anything over about 50 guests, yes — every attended package includes one. For backyard birthdays and graduation parties, The Social is a self-service booth we drop off, set up and pick up.
