Warm lighting, modern décor, a DJ keeping the energy up and guests dressed for a night out: a birthday celebration at a stylish private event space in Toronto’s King Street West neighbourhood.

What to know about your venue.

Every Toronto venue has its own rules. Here’s how we handle the common ones, so you don’t have to.

We’ve set up at venues like Liberty Grand and The Symes. Send us yours and we’ll check the details with them.

Downtown hotels

Loading docks and service elevators run on a schedule. We book our load-in window with the hotel’s events team and arrive early, so we’re set up before your guests are.

Banquet halls

Big guest lists mean long lines. We recommend Signature or Premium (4 to 6 hours with unlimited prints) and place the booth near the bar or dance floor to keep it busy all night.

Condo party rooms

Most buildings need a service elevator booking and have quiet hours. The Social drop-off booth fits in tight rooms and runs itself.

Lofts, galleries & restaurants

Older buildings can have limited outlets. Tell us the room and we confirm power and the best spot before the day.

Patios, courtyards & backyards

From late spring to early fall, with a covered, level spot near power and a rain plan agreed in advance.

Offices

For after-hours events we coordinate with building security for access and parking, and brand every print with your logo.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Toronto?

With Snap Booth Events, a photo booth rental in Toronto costs $399 for our self-service drop-off booth (up to 8 hours), $549 for 2 hours with an attendant and prints, $899 for 4 hours with a glam booth and unlimited prints, and from $1,499 for 6 hours with the AI photo experience. Which parts of Toronto do you cover?

All of Toronto: downtown, King West and Liberty Village, the Distillery District, Yorkville and Midtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, East York and the Danforth, plus the rest of the GTA including Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Richmond Hill.

Can you set up in a downtown hotel or condo party room?

Yes. We regularly work around loading docks, service elevators and set setup windows. Send us the venue’s vendor rules or contact and we’ll coordinate timing, access and any paperwork directly with them.

How far ahead should I book a photo booth in Toronto?

For Saturdays from May to October, book 6 to 12 months ahead. For holiday parties in late November and December, book by September or October. Weeknights and January to April usually have the most open dates — you can check your date instantly on this page.

How much space and power does the booth need?

About 8 × 8 feet of clear space and one standard electrical outlet. Wi-Fi helps with instant sharing, but we can work without it.

Can we have a photo booth outdoors in Toronto?

Yes, from late spring to early fall, with a covered, level area, access to power and a weather plan. Patios, backyards and outdoor venues all work.

Do you do cultural and multi-day weddings?

Yes. We can book the booth across several events — such as a mehndi, sangeet and reception — with a different print design for each, and add names, blessings or dates in the language and script you choose. Tell us your events and guest counts and we’ll recommend hours and packages.

Do I need an attendant?

For weddings, corporate events and anything over about 50 guests, yes — every attended package includes one. For house parties, birthdays and condo party rooms, The Social is a self-service booth we drop off, set up and pick up.
